Employee Referral Bonus Policy

We’d like to encourage you to refer them to the Global Talent Acquisition Team through the ERP (Employee Referral Program). By connecting us with trusted, proven talent through the ERP, you’ll be contributing to Valsatech Corp in a truly meaningful manner. To demonstrate our appreciation – you’ll receive a bonus award if they’re hired!
All employees are eligible to receive ERP bonuses with the following exceptions:
- VPs and above
- HR Partners when the referred employee is hired in the client group they support
- All Global Talent Acquisition employees
- Hiring manager and employees with influence over the hiring decision
- Employees in countries where local laws do not accommodate or allow participation

Bonus amounts vary depending on the job grade in which a referral is hired and can be up to $1000 USD. Bonuses will be converted and paid in local currency of the referring employee. Note: Bonuses may vary by country.
Bonuses are processed after the hire of the referred employee and generally paid within the following two payroll cycles. Both employees must be on active payroll.
